At Ishifo, we strive to deliver your ethnic wear in the best condition and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, a nominal convenience fee may be applied at the checkout page.

3. Delivery Timeline Once shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days. (Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather conditions or logistics delays.)

4. Order Tracking As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Damaged or Tampered Packages If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it. We strongly recommend recording an Unboxing Video of your parcel. This helps us resolve any issues regarding missing or damaged items quickly.

6. Accuracy of Address Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate during checkout. Ishifo is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
