Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once a product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the website.
Return Policy
- Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. Details can be found on each product page.
- If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
- Return/Exchange charges may apply and will vary case by case.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are accepted if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color, design, or if an item is missing, wrong, or damaged in a combo order.
- Once the product is picked up, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the same mode of transaction.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- Items must have their original packaging and tags. Products without original tags will not be accepted.
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return/Exchange requests not raised within the return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
