Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  2. Once a product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the website.

Return Policy

  1. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. Details can be found on each product page.
  2. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
  3. Return/Exchange charges may apply and will vary case by case.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are accepted if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color, design, or if an item is missing, wrong, or damaged in a combo order.
  • Once the product is picked up, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the same mode of transaction.

Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • Items must have their original packaging and tags. Products without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange requests not raised within the return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
