Information We Collect

  • Details you give us: name, phone number, email address, shipping and billing address, and messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or phone.
  • Order details: products you buy, order value, payment method (online or Partial COD), returns and exchanges.
  • Refund details: UPI ID or bank details, only when you share them with us for a refund.
  • Website usage: device, browser, IP address and pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Card and payment details: online payments are handled by Razorpay on its secure checkout. Ishifo does not see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password.

How We Use Your Information

  • To process, pack, ship and deliver your order.
  • To send order, shipping and delivery updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
  • To handle cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds.
  • To answer your questions and give customer support.
  • To send offers and new arrivals, only if you have agreed. You can stop these anytime.
  • To show you relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google, and to understand how our website is used.
  • To prevent fraud and fake orders, and to follow the law (for example, GST invoices).

Who We Share It With

We share only the information needed for each purpose, with:

  • Shopify — our website and store platform.
  • Razorpay — payment processing.
  • Shipping and courier partners — your name, phone number and address, to deliver your order.
  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and Google — for advertising, analytics and customer messages.
  • Government or legal authorities — only when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.
