This website, ishifo.com, is owned and operated by Ishifo. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Ishifo, and "you" means the person visiting the website or placing an order. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Using This Website

  • You must be 18 years or older, or use the website with the permission of a parent or guardian.
  • You agree to give correct name, phone number, address and email when placing an order.
  • You must not misuse the website — for example, placing fake orders, trying to hack the website, or copying our content.

3. Products, Colours and Sizes

  • We try our best to show every product accurately. Actual colours may look slightly different because of lighting during the photoshoot and the settings of your phone or computer screen.
  • Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
  • All products are subject to stock availability.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
  • Prices and offers may change without notice. The price shown at the time you place the order will apply.
  • We accept online payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (full amount paid on delivery, with no extra COD charge).
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders and Cancellation by Ishifo

An order confirmation does not guarantee that we will fulfil the order. We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the pin code cannot be served, there is a pricing error, or the order looks fake or suspicious. If we cancel, any amount paid is refunded in full.

6. Offers and Coupons

  • Only one coupon or offer can be used per order, unless stated otherwise.
  • Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • We may change or end any offer at any time.

7. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping, cancellation, return, exchange and refund rules are explained in our Shipping Policy and Return & Cancellation Policy. These policies are part of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Ishifo name, logo, product photos, videos, designs and all website content belong to Ishifo. You may not copy, reuse or sell any of it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Ishifo is not responsible for any indirect loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total responsibility for any order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh.
